It is! The reason there hasn't been updates for long is because the 2.0 subnautica update broke pretty much every mod, and libraries need to be updated to allow development to continue
I think they're waiting for that, but they said they wont be releasing an ETA unless they are absolutely sure it will release at that time. The problem with having a small dev team is you cant really schedule something ahead of time like that cause if 1 dev gets sick for example that could halt all development of the mod. You can find out when the mod gets released in their discord though, check the description for the link

I love the leviathan But for my opinion he is far to long it gets boring to watch especially in size Even half as long would still impressive but not that boring
