2:22 when you peel that top clear off, isn't that the side that goes down on the emblem? also what is being the big emblem solid steel of holes? do you know for 2023 350?
So it looks like you eventually just added a little bit of soapy water with your finger then worked it? Is that correct? I had the same fail with my Lexus emblem and I assume I also did not get the vinyl so it didn't work! Great video!
Can you remove your bumper AMD show us how to exactly remove the badge? The bolts/screws seem to be backwards and held to plastic frame by a metal bracket. Not sure how to go about removing these two pieces...
I’m sorry but I’m not going to remove my bumper just to show that. It is very straightforward. Remove the bolts holding the metal bracket. And then they are small clips around the emblem that you need to push and the emblem will come out
Hi I have a Lexus RX450 H 2010 and I can't find a video or instructions how to replace or restore the emblems cause my emblems both are dirty inside of the plastic clear cover. Is any chance you can point at some videos please or information? Thanks
hey i just did this to my 14 IS350! turned out ok... haha but recently i came across a plastidip type spray but it is tint version, just wondering if you tried this? if so do you think it would interfer with the pre collision sensor? thanks :)
Water is unnecessary. Just heat and go. It takes about 30 seconds to tint it. If you ever need any tips on any mods for lexus please reach out @cj_project350

Does that affect the sensor behind the emblem? I have a sensor that the collision sensor would that affect it if I tint it on my car

Pro won't be any videos of that. If it's dirty in-between the Lexus emblem the best thing is to just replace them

I want to go this to my VW the logo can’t be painted or dipped . I wonder if double wrapping it would make it darker

How did you get it out without breaking the tabs?
U have to remove the plastic over when u pop the hood and there a few bolts that need to be taken out
