Great video for those that don't have the time or experience to fully personalize their UI's. Keep up the videos I use them to share with guidies who are a bit greener with the game and its many aspects.
Tip. You can macro a moonfire (or other healing spells) into the same keybind so that when you target enemy it uses moonfire and when you target ally it uses a healing ability. Macro should look something like this: #showtooltip Rejuvenation /cast [help] Rejuvenation; [harm] moonfire tooltip name to whatever you want to see on the keybind. also can be used to track a CD which has nothing to do with the keybind itself
Love this ui I’ve been using something similar but this cleaned it up for me. Been using weakauras for a while but find myself just looking at action bars for queues anyway.
I've seen a few people recommend turning down Render Scale below 100%, just like the in-game tooltip suggests, but interestingly if I lower it, I lose fps just as I do if increasing. Oddly I get best performance at 100%
Here's to not combining bags! 😄 Srsly tho, very nice and practical UI, I use a similar setup. The fact that we can make a halfway functional UI with the default blizzard tools is one of the most exciting features of modern wow for me.

My way to fix problem about any spell placement or keybind in wow FF and some other is using 2 useless bars putting all your usual keybind, then put the spell on each , try to get logic like C on counterspell or R for a dash or equivalent on everyspec so u keep some muscle memory. With those 2 bars done u can do the visual u want the placement u want it won't be much a problem
This is nice and hall for dps and tanks, but just from a healer‘s perspective blizz‘s raid UI and the general look and functionality lacks so much that is necessary. Great tutorial nonetheless, but I would have put a disclaimer that it’s not fit for healers at all.
For the comment you make on the Healer/DPS profile share a keybind. Is that not solved by the option called "Use Shared Action Bars" ? Like if you unclick that, then literally every Talent Tempalte you save has its own bars, right? I just tested it and it seems to work. Even with two sets of Paladin Holy, they both can have different abilities in different places.

im noticing something odd and i KNOW its a me thing but I cant figure out what it is, using all the addons suggested and your profiles, plater doesn't seem to work or only works sometimes :( EDIT: Seems to work for enemies, not sure if that's the only palter settings there are but friendly npcs I'm targeting have the same ugly blue or green name floating above their head
@@Guldfisken90 Dude if you can't keep 140+ fps in 1440p/2k in raid/m+ then you really need to get a better PC. Also in a game like WoW even 100+ fps is perfect and wont make a difference to your performance.

But do you really need to keep track of things like cobra- and steadyshot / moonfire and sunfire at the highest and most centered bar? I'd say theres no reason for spells with no cd to be shown
@@VesperalTV I applied the console code to move the camera back. No matter how far back I go it still sits behind my spell bars. I just ended up moving the bars down a bit so that it shows all the time. It's super weird.
I closed the game and re-open it and seems it worked now. Settings are great I can see the difference, will test it for more cause fps not stable between 29-70

The graphics settings kind of bug me though: On what kind of potato do you play wow when you need to not only use resolution underscaling but also disable or set many things to low? o.0. I can play wow on an rtx 2070 and Rhyzen 7 5800X (so not recent hardware at all) on 4k with okayish fps on mid to high settings.. i understand that you want to give fps priority but this seems a bit overkill. With this settings and also not setting any foreground fps limit you just burn power rendering >240 fps on current mid-tier hardware. Personaly i don't think that more than 120 fps does anything for me (i'am even happy with 60). But please if you go with these settings: For the love of your power bill: Set a max foreground fps to 300 or so (something where you feel like that is really enough for you), so that at least your pc doesn't run your cpu/gpu at 100% for no reason at all. Also make sure that you don't set you max foreground fps to be much much higher than your monitors refresh rate. If you have a monitor that can only handle 60hz why render much more than 60 fps? Some argue that it still has an effect on input lag.. i don't know maybe i'am just not good enough of a gamer but i would say that rendering more than 120 fps on a 60hz monitor doesn't make an sense even when your concerned about input lag. Also wow is not counter strike or another competetive fps..
I have historically used bigwigs/littlewigs but ran into a video yesterday which showed me that spell CDs on nameplates is supported directly in DBM instead of relying on a weakaura which seems nice. Love this ui I’ve been using something similar but this cleaned it up for me. Been using weakauras for a while but find myself just looking at action bars for queues anyway.
Mate this has legit made my wow so much better i have my own UI but the graphics settings are lush i get so many more FPS and it looks better to

The render scale is broken if you go under 100%, blizz is aware and they are not fixing it.

I see you playing at 1080P, i can really recommend you jumping over to 1440p or even 4k if you're mostly playing WoW, it looks so much better/cleaner!

Healer UI is mashed together, changing UI scale does not fix it. Playing on 27 inch 2k resolution.

That's the beauty of this UI, you can customise it so you can have your priority spells up the top

What am I missing? My Personal Resource Bar is behind the skill bar, while yours is tucked just underneath your character.
You might be zoomed in too much, or perhaps you’re playing on a different resolution

How can you say these are the BEST settings when you actually turn everything down? That doesn't make sense.
I tried these settings and game froze, and my PC is good running ultra in major cites will get me to 40 fps

For many ppl the render scale is broken now, only works fine at 100% anything else constant crash the game.
Most graphics FPS increases or decreases dont come from any of this stuff because in wow, your fps is limited by CPU/connection in raids and dungeons.
