@SyllixMusic I'm really glad you like the song. Regarding mellower stuff - expect some surprises in our upcoming video! :) I'm not the right person to ask about mastering. I sometime do stuff to finalize our fracks in terms of level, but our better sounding stuff were mastered by pros - this track was mastered by Maor Appelbaum in LA.
Hi:), I was a student of Doron Giat till he had to leave our city and moved to another city. Man, I loooved this guy! So open minded and wide ranged musician. Wish I could express to you how wonderful and blessed are my memories of you Doron. it's Been mind blowing to be your student, and heart blowing to be without you near by. Ofer, Jerusalem, Israel.
WOWOWOOWWO!!! So refreshing and inspiring. I've been up for the last 2 hours looking at your page and listening to all these songs!! Keep it up the great work! Take care and God Bless. Carlito
Probably one of the best voices, songs, bands and lyrics ever. You have to record and album! We need it! I recently discovered this band, but now I'm a big fan. Also you work with the great Jordan Rudess! Can be this more epic? Go RnL Project!
With Jordan playing on his knees? Sounds like a total turn-on both for listeners and performers! Kudos! You're badass musicians. Playing with groove like no others! Thanks for the mail on FB, Eyal. It would have been a shame to miss this song!
This is incredible! Would absolutely come to see you guy's play live

This is amazing! Great sound, great musicians, thanks for sharing. Great video editing, by the way! So hard to do these vocal arpeggios without tech aid. I'll be looking forward to other works. Regards!
I listened to this song so much in college +as well as all your songs at the time, but this was always one of my favorites) and I love you and want more lol
seriously ... I've seen your videos many times and I think this is easily the best band that has emerged from the internet ... you guys have a great future and I are thrilled that this could be the start of one of the most mythical and original bands in history ... you guys are SO good, I've never heard anything like you IN MY LIFE ...
"here's her chance to finish that evil dance and be free to go home" This part is perfect, lyrics and music! And Ray does the melody beautifully! Congrats, people! Loved the new song!
I have to say this is simply amazing! jordan rudess is by far one of my favourite musicians, very complete! i''m watching DT live soon and i'm really looking forward to it" i hope you make more songs with him! very progressive wich is kinda my thing (massive DT fan). Best wishes from Portugal!
This is amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eyal you are a king !!! Jordan I love you and just can't wait to see you live with dream theater here in Israel in about 20 days !!!!!!! YES YOU ALL JUST ROCK !!!!!! (And I even didn't mention the amazing Ray!!)!! This is pure prog and I love it !!!!!!!!
...i find you 3 days ago, so far i hear all 3 songs may be 20 times and still not enough, i want buy your CD NOW!!! You guys are awesome!!!! This music IQ is 180+
Once again, Project RNL seems to go above and beyond in all aspects, unique ideas, production, arrangement, and overall superb quality and fantastic work by the artists. Looking forward to the potential mellower sounds in the future, and your next video! P.S. I know you guys were offering some tips in your videos; might I request what hobbyist producers can do to improve their mastering techniques (some of us "try" to do it ourselves in lieu of sending it to a pro ME - some tips would be great!
@TheLotanos well, I do use sheet music. :) It's not really a classical score but I usually have a pretty extensive midi sketch which has most of the parts already, and I make prints from that. I count "Stuck-Ups" as 5/4 6/4 4/4 5/4 bars. The verses are in 7/4 (actually in polyrhythm of 4 on 7), with a little change in the end of each 'round' (one is 2 bars of 4/4 and the other is 2 bars of 4/4 and one of 2/4).
Wow! You guys keep getting better and better. I don't know how you pull off the iPad shredding lol... I don't know if I could ever do that. Then again, I'd need an iPad first to start off with! Production sounds great, as usual. Would be cool if you guys could post some zoomed out pictures of your recording space. The videos give some good views - but it would be cool to see more of the room. Maybe you could post some stills? Thanks Eyal & Project RnL!
@wolfpackee I'll have to sit and count, as there are a lot of them! :) Generally, the choruses are 9/8 and 11/8, the verses are 2 bars of 4/4 and 2 of 3/4. Oh, and the C part is grooving in 19/16. :)
Wow guys, another amazing video and sound! Clap, clap! I'd like to hear you try something more mellow, your tunes are always full blast and something calm would be a pleasant change.
haha, this is awesome..so amusing and you guys look like you're having a blast! xD every time you guys post another video, I end up playing guitar/keyboards for hours! keep up the good work!!
AWESOME! Listen guys, is there the possibility to download stuff from your music production? (I cannot listen anymore this song on youtube only, i want it in my car!!!).
I compiled a playlist with all of Eyal Amir's songs (including even the „I'm just a tune“-sketch that works perfect for me without lyrics - guess, Mike Oldfield did things like this also). I listened to it as to a cd I-don't-know-how-many times and can't get enough of it.
