- Our Kenmore Dishwasher top rack kept falling off and it turns out that it came off the rails because the wheels both broke off of the mounting piece. In this video, I walk you through how to understand what is broken, what parts to replace and how to reinstall the wheel guides on the top rack mounting clip. Kenmore Dishwasher Model: 66513543N412

Thank you! I got all of these pieces for my Whirlpool based on another video, but no one really walks through how to get the existing stuff off. You're a rockstar! ⭐
Hey thanks a million! Have the same washer, ordered the same part, and followed your video. So helpful. I don’t think I could have figured out this tinker-toy from hell otherwise.
Appreciate your attention to detail, pace, and camera work!
I fixed my dishwasher. Thanks so much for making this video. I’ve been intimidated for months now but it was easy w these directions.
Thank you so much!! Took me about 20 minutes to do the repair using your video.. this has been a problem for about a year..
Glad it helped
Thank you!!! This video was a big help on the roller part replacement. I'm not sure what we would have done without your video. Lots of gratitude🙏 for the video.
Glad it helped!
Thank-you! I've had to replace the same part (same side) several times. It's pretty easy but what gets me every time is putting the little clips back on the end of the metal arms. They are really easy if you know how, but a pain if not. Describing just dropping them in from the top was very helpful.
Thanks so much for this video - Very easy to follow and helps to have details that the average person would want. Our dishwasher upper rack had been falling off on a nearly daily basis and I finally bought replacement parts online (for about $30 on Amazon). Took me about 15 min to replace everything and now it works perfectly! So pleased!
Thanks for the tutorial. Amazon delivered parts next day, and we are back in business!!
My wife says the top rack one side dropped full of thanksgiving dishes.
She had used the sanitizer option so guessing the heat weakened the cheap plastic retainer clips .
Thanks for showing me what to do !
on of the best how-to videos I have watched because you showed things can and always do go a little wrong (for me) and how to rebound. 5 stars for you and I subscribed.
Thank you for the comment and the sub!
Thanks! Could not figure out how to get the endcaps on, but after this video I got it.
Thank you for sharing your install. Have the same dishwasher, had the same issue, ordered the same parts from Amazon. Watched the video several times before and during my repair. Video help a great deal.
Glad it helped!!
Thanks so much for the excellent instruction. Couldn't have done it without your help. And, Happy Wife.....Happy Life. 🤗
For sure!
Thank you so much for the video. The first one I found and its for my dishwasher. I ordered the wrong kit the first time (got the wrong wheels) but that kit came with some of the extra parts (the 2 clip things) that the correct kit didn’t come with. You’ve saved me $$ and I’m proud I was able to do it!
Glad I was able to help!!
Thank you for adding the very last step. It had me stumped!
Glad it helped!
Came through when I needed it. Thanks for the video!
Glad it helped!
Yaayyyyyy, you did such a great job, I was able to easily follow along and for $21 in Amazon parts saved us $$$$ in not having to replace an otherwise working dishwasher. Thank you!!
Glad it worked for you. Always look to DIY before you hire some over priced appliance fixer.
Thanks so much! I somehow fixed the one side a few months ago and have no idea how I did it. The pack of 2 I bought from Amazon last time, I only used the right side. Instead of replacing them both at the same time (like car headlights) I didn’t. Then the left one broke. I put the left one in which a great place to remember, I don’t and had to buy a whole other set lol. But now they’re both fixed. And I even kept a leftover piece because it looked important. When I watched your video, I found where it went and viola. Should be good to go for a while! If I could only remember where I put the other piece. 🤦🏻♀️
Thank you, again!
Glad to help!
Excellent video, best explanation ive seen. Youre insights along the way were appreciated!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you! The parts came in a box without any instructions!
Super helpful! My teen even did most of the work. Thanks!!
Great to hear!
Just wrapped up this fix with ours, thanks for the help!
Glad it helped!
Maybe done it about five times before making the video but thanks for the help...
Saved me $40. Whirlpool wanted $60 for a kit too many pieces. I search model on Amazon like you did. Followed along while replacing
Glad it helped
Dude! A million time thank you! Idk why but my dumb self did not think to clasp the two pieces together first THEN slide the adjuster up in . 🤣
So did my dumb self, that's why I did one first before I recorded 🤣
Thanx a bunch! Just what I needed to be able to fix my dishwasher. Ordering from your link!
Thanks a ton on posting this. I have the same dishwasher and ordered the a similar part from Amazon only difference is mine had the smaller parts as well. Easy install. Extra thanks for showing how the end stops went back because of course I didn't pay any attention when removing them.
Thank you!!! After watching this I was able to fix mine without help 😁
Thanks so much, just fixed mine with your help
Glad it helped
Appreciate this video, great job!!
Thank You For Your Video! You saved me so much time and frustration
Thank you Thank you. Very well done.
Just did this today, thank you for this vid! Post-Christmas miracle!
🎅 ✌️
@@RandomReviewsHowTos Did you find the rack adjustments only held in max or minimum?
thank you, also mines isn't cleaning, its like water isnt getting into it. I can open the drawer mid cycle and usually it would be water everyhwere but now its not. any suggestions both filters are clean and clear.
Thanks for video!
My pleasure!
Thanks great video!!
Thank you sir!!!
Thanks - done!
Complete success, thanks to you!
Excellent!
How do you remove the clips at the ends of the roller rails without breaking them?
Saved our marriage 😂
Thanks for the video. I'll be dealing with the same thing soon.
What's with the cheap plastic? Kenmore used to be known for long lasting quality.
Ugh. I know.
Watching your video was extremely helpful as I replaced the part. The trick was using a knife to help slide the new part under the other part - thanks for that!
You're better than me....I would be cussing the whole time
Oh I cussed. I just got it all out on the first side!
