Great info.. Suggestion.. stop filming in portrait and perhaps a bit of editing?

Thank you for the feedback - what I’ve found is that the camera won’t focus on the intended target in any other mode - hence I use portrait.
I sure would like to edit to make a better video, but my real focus is to share information more than to be videographer.
…. There is no money being made here, only the act of sharing information.
I’ll see what I can do to make better videos - but no promises!
Thanks again for the feedback - I do hope the channel content is worthwhile.

@@theMainetimberframer Hey no worries. Better portrait than no video, right?
Just in case you were trying to build the channel into a money maker. 🙂

Hi Rich, I just got a new BSM250 and getting it setup. I noticed that the grinding wheel is wabbling a bit as it turns maybe 1/32" from high to low at measured at the edge of the CBN wheel. I've tried different wheels, and I've tried loosening and rotating the wheels 15 degrees as suggested in the manual to no avail. It seems to me it must be a bent motor shaft or an improperly machined face on the grinding wheel backer that is fixed to the motor armature. Did you have any issues like this when setting up your machine? I'm wondering if I just got a lemon.

      Hi Forged of wood:
I have had issues as you described, but I have found the shoulder of some of the CBN wheels fits very snuggly on the motor shaft to where I have to finesse the CBN wheel to properly seat. Once seated properly, the CBN wheels run true with little to no runout.
Have you tried an indicator on the motor shaft and rotate the motor shaft to determine whether it is bent?
      Good luck!

You mentioned in another video that you have two of these sharpeners. Are you running both now?

Yes, I'm running both, no issues. I also have an older WM CBN and running that too when needed.
