Thank you for the validation. I’m in perimenopause and was sent to the cardiologist for heart palpitations. My supposed functional medicine doctor did not tell me not to worry it could just be hormone changes! (It took more than a year for me to realize it’s hormones.)Cardiologist found nothing wrong. Only by listening to doctors such as yourselves on RUclips did I start to realize ALL of my issues are likely hormonal. Took some testosterone and progesterone and voila. Feeling better. Not perfect. Getting there. The struggle is real. If only doctors would validate and say hey this happens to many women during hormone changes and let’s look into this further also.
Thank you for these videos! I have been looking for these videos for a long time! I'm 49 with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. As a military veteran dealing with the VA, my options for treatment are limited. I have a Rheumatologist and must be careful. I'm starting with OT this month and I think I need more help. Your video is so fascinating! I'm taking care of kids and my father. I can't see myself leaving here to do tests. If you can, please help

Could you do a whole video in weighted vests?
