This theme shows a lot of development with Jotaro's character. In part 3 his theme was loud, epic and hard with the metal guitars playing representing Jotaro's mental state: That of a delinquent. In part 4 though, his theme has relaxed which shows that Jotaro has grown as a person and is no longer as wild as he once was. The only time this changes is when he confronts Kira on both occasions. Its then that his fighting spirit lights back up which is represented by part 3's theme.
And his other Part 4 theme The Fate That Still Remains is incredibly depressing and seems to show how DIO, and Part 3 as a whole has left a lasting impact on Jotaro's life and psyche

This is also partially because Jotaro underused SP severely.
"The Stardust Man" is one of the dopest fucking titles I've ever seen. I feel like Jotaro (and/or Joesph) should have been referred to as "Stardust Crusaders" at some stage by one of the characters or the narrator.

@@lewiss.9632 The reason for this is because SP had to choose whether to keep the ability to stop time for 5 seconds, and have him be a C in power instead of being an A, or if he should keep the ability to stop time, but lower it to 2 seconds, and have his power be an A instead of a C. This is also partially because Jotaro underused SP severely.
