Relevant to reg, and not relevant to reboot, if you - yes you the reader of this comment is a rebooter don't worry about arcanes, sup gollux, android heart, lvl 30 boost nodes (split between 3 slots instead is cheaper) and just go abso and reinforced gollux.

Also if you have high legion raid power you can buy 100% epic scrolls 300 coins and gold potential stamps for 40 coins and master craftsman cubes for 100 coins and try tiering up to unique and getting 2L unique with the legion MCC cubes

If you hyperburn a DA, you can get 3L uniques for 400-500m ea.

You can manage with 12* abso's. Arcanes are a bit unnecessary and each cost 700m clean. 2l epic should also be enough overall.

I made my own futuroid heart years ago with primes, got it to 100 att/matt and got it to legendary main pot with 3%/2% AS
I just buy coupons from AH to get the android for mules and just pass the heart around lol
