Only use Honda antifreeze in a Honda. The aftermarket products will cause issues after a few years. This is especially true for transmission fluid changes. What was done was a top off. To me “refill” means “flush”. Good explanation though.
Although the two are similar, antifreeze is a highly concentrated, glycol-based product which needs to be diluted with water before you can use it. Coolant is essentially a pre-mixed version of this product that is easier (and often safer) to use.
Very helpful for someone like me that doesn't know much about cars. My antifreeze was at the minimum level, so I needed to top off to the max line.
