This is close to how my Grandma made hers. She would wash the potatoes & boil them uncut with skin intact. When done, she let them cool & then remove the potatoe skin. She used dill pickle & a little sweet pickle. Thanks for the recipe & the happy memories of helping my Grandma 60 yrs ago.

I live in the potato state, we always eaten the peel even raw as kids without washing, just seems strange to me that people peel them. Idk why (⊙_◎)
