Well, you were unlucky and triggered a softlock, since the Damage Phase was over but somehow the boss still got damage. Then the Threshold was hit and Final Stand triggered, but in also the boss wanted you to start over from the first Plate, since you didnt technically finish the Damage Phase.
Reminds.me of how tye last ein we did after the ogre the biting cold didn't go away and we wiped. Luckily the encounter didn't reset but we wouldve just turned the game off
Man I had fuckin dual destiny glitching out big time last night too. Threw two runs because the lines weren’t pointing to the nodes on second last encounter. This is crazy tho
