Weyyy cracking video! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Sam, your co-ord is on point 🔥. Stanage far right/north next? Hobson moor quarry is a Manchester local lower grade spot too. See you both soon 👍
I like this style, where you explain what is happening as the video shows you doing it! One thought would be to add a closer shot of what the "holds" look like. How much room are in the holes, how wide are the crimps and grip holds, etc.
Thanks for the feedback. On this occasion, you'll have to be surprised and find out when you visit ;) We sometimes do this when we have more time, and will take it on board for future videos.
Great video guys! It fills me with confidence to see other beginners climbing and having fun on climbs which aren't really tricky!
Thanks thomas. Keep getting out there and enjoying yourself!
Brilliant to see beginners getting outdoors on the boulders and showing its not just for the advanced or pros! Loved the video!
Pitched perfectly for me thanks 😊
Wicked video, looking forward to trying some of these routes 🚀
Enjoy!
This is amazingly helpful - just started climbing at the Depot gym in Nottingham - now keen to try it outside somewhere pretty close!! Thanks so much
Sam is in there all the time, say hi if you see him!
@@climbingcouplet2130 oh nice, will do!

@@climbingcouplet2130 I doubt I'll be visiting any time soon, being across the pond. But thanks for replying to my comment!
Great video! This is really helpful as I’m just starting out too.
Just wondered which guidebook you use?
Peak District Bouldering by Rupert Davies, John Coefield and Jon Barton.
The bullet holes are there because during ww2 Canadian troops used to train up there and now we climb what they left behind.
Thanks for the extra information!
