I got cut from my team today because of my ball handling in my left hand is lacking i'm a point guard and struggle with my left hand any suggestions please?
this is perfect I been doing this iam Dunking on 10ft at five ten 180 and it wasn't even the squats or footups that gave me explosion it was core and running that did
The body is a machine. Everything is connected. To run fast, to jump high and acrobatic stuff is the result of the various body parts working as one. The most important part of the body is the brain (mind). It must be developed for maximum performance.
Hey Coach, well all of the high school coaches are checking me out and stuff and im in 8th grade but one thing they wanna check out is my shooting because i drive in and pass to make plays a lot and i just wanna find out how to get my outside shooting super good in around 2 weeks to a month sorry if u have this video already im just new
I want to get an egt program for christmas but does anyone know if the videos in the program already exist on their RUclips channel? If so please tell me because we don't have the money to waste. Thank you
Dalon moore, they have different videos. The egt program gives you like exercises with specific reps and sets. They also have videos etc to show you how to do the exercises. So there might be one or two video you can find on their RUclips channel that’s similar but most of the stuff is pretty exclusive.
Dalon moore hey bro, hmmm I’m probably not the best person to ask this, I’m currently too busy with work so I haven’t done the workout consecutively. It requires you to spend quite a lot of time working out (which make sense if you want to get to the next level). From the program I bought it includes, egt training, shooting training, dribbling, scoring and like jumping program, upper body program and speed program etc. So you’re suppose to do the egt (elite guard training) program first and then pick one of the isolation training (dribbling, shooting, scoring etc). Do that straight after the elite guard training. It’s like a 3day a week commitment during the season, offseason it’s a 6days a week commitment. So after the elite guard training and the isolation drill. You go into the jump, speed and upper body training (you can split it. So like Bball training in the day time and strength training night time or you can do them straight after depending on your fitness level I guess). The good thing is they have split the program into 3 category (high school, university and future pro) so you can pick which one to workout on based on your age group. Obviously high school the workout is slightly easier and it gets harder as you advance into the other two category. From what I’m seeing right now personally, I think it’s a good program, it definitely teaches you the things you need (a lot of fundamental drills and in game stimulation moves). I like it because like I’ve mentioned previously, it gives you a guide line as to the sets and repetition. It also gives you some pretty good challenges like you have to make 4 consecutive basket before moving onto the next spot etc. If you are taking basketball seriously and willing to spend time to work on your craft, it’s worth while because to be honest even if you don’t have a program if you just work on let’s say crossover then midrange shot etc youre gonna get better naturally. However having a program really gives you a sort of a short cut because you avoid a lot of mistakes people who self taught makes. (Like me personally). I use to go to the gym and just shoot around but I don’t do it game speed or I don’t do the moves I do in games. So even if I’m accurate during practice I’m not accurate during games. So having a program that tells you what to do and you can apply into real game situation to me is worth the money. Sorry for the long as reply. I really hope this helps you man. If you love basketball and want to get better I think the money is definitely worth spending. (If I’m not mistaken though they have a guarantee clause where like with in 60-90days if you did the workout and didn’t feel like you’ve improved they will refund you the money. You might wanna double check on that though) I think the program is on sale now too, if you need the link , shoot me your email address I can forward it to you. If you have any other question or are still unsure feel free to ask me. I’ll reply when I have time haha. Sorry I’m from Australia so our day and night are reversed. Keep up the good work! God bless
Hey coach, I was considering getting EJT for Christmas but I have a major question. The reviews coach T would post in his emails would be people who went from only touching the rim to be able to really throw it down. The problem is that I can only touch the net. I’m a little above average when it comes to basketball athleticism and have immense skill, but my vertical is extremely low. I’m 15 and 5’9.Would EJT have an impact on my vertical let alone have me able to dunk? Thank you in advance
@ Chef Pooh, EJT can help most players at their current starting point. The program is designed to get you stronger and more dynamic, and thus helping you jump higher. However, the results are ALWAYS tied to how dedicated each player is to improve on a consistent basis. - Joe @ TeamEGT
yall are a blessing
Thanks so much. I will try these out tomorrow.

I suggest building up your forearms. The heavier they are the more you can ride the momentum in your arms on the way up.
