    I have this dock but I still wanted the branded one. Edit: I don't like how it covers the vent of the go so that's what made me still want the branded one. You set that up specifically so it wouldn't cover the vent that's why it's a still shot because video would show it falls back into a position where it does cover the vent.

    • @synthseb
      @synthseb  27 дней назад

      You're right that the official dock is nice because the back vents aren't covered. It's doable to use the U-Green though, for me it very slightly covers the vents but I've used it for hours and I still think it's a solid choice for a dock

      In the Windows Display settings, there's an option for orientation. It's a bit confusing because it may say 'landscape (flipped)' but mess around with those settings and you should be able to get it right. Let me know if you need further help!

    • @synthseb
      @synthseb  5 месяцев назад

      It should be able to handle 4k @60hz - what is your Windows Display setting (i.e. Duplicate Display, Extend Display, etc.) and what's the resolution set to?

    • @Rr-j4x
      @Rr-j4x 5 месяцев назад

      @@synthseb resolution max tried all of that duplicate screen etc. still theres wide bars on the side of screen. it doesnt fit the tv screen. my hp that has its own hdmi slot has no issues fitting the 4k tv screen but legion go has issues thats why im thinking maybe its the hdmi dock im using

    • @synthseb
      @synthseb  5 месяцев назад

      @@Rr-j4x You may have to change the resolution on the Legion Go to fit the TV. It may be a less common resolution but could resolve the side bar edges issue. It's also possible to add more resolution options to Display settings, if you've already tried them all

    • @synthseb
      @synthseb  5 месяцев назад

      I'd also suggest trying to "set external display as primary" - this option is under the display icon when you open Legion Space settings

    • @synthseb

      Haven't had that much heat on mine. Just to be sure, are you using the official Legion Go charging cable to deliver power to the dock? Third party cables can sometimes overheat
