I love that when something unusual (like the original chimney) was found, y'all just go with it to try to restore instead of replace. The built-ins around the refurbished fireplace and the kitchen....All so good.

slicing bricks like a sliced cheese. Very cool. Add a lil trim to display client's plates, Erin says. Wow that's so 1950s old-fashioned and also nobody in an apartment could ever consider such a use of v limited space. I need some apartment renos ✌️😎

I would love this team to do over a home for me. They just put so much thought into each persons house and I’ve loved every one and the homely style of them all. Just need to find one for myself, with a porch! In the uk. Which will probably never happen. 😩
Also, I’ve just watched like 5 of these in a row and I just want to ask, what’s with all the women and their ‘Karen’ haircuts?? lol Makes me snort at each one I watch. I’m gonna put bets on it being a thing before I watch each one from now on 😁
