In 2018 i was perfectly fine had no issues with drinking milk, even used to drink it twice a day . Was healthy
Didn't think twice about eating any junk food . weight 67kg
Now 2019 being 22 year old i suffered from gastritis due to changing location, suffered from multiple vomiting, thyroid and what not .
Now i even think i am lactose intolerant due to having little stomach pain, diarrhea after milk, coffee. Weight right now 55kg due to reducing milk, food quantity and intense walking
It's sad i wont be able to enjoy milk from now onwards.
Anything can happen to our bodies at anytime so my advise please follow strict diet, exercise plan
Don't overeat, avoid junk food
Milk without lactoses does exist. It tastes pretty sweet actually.
Yes
Take pills it may stop the stuff
I guesa it is caused by chronic stress
Covishield is the hint im giving you
Just ate ice cream and then proceeded to shit my pants. I think I might be lactose intolerant

Sandi de Souza - It’s because you’re a mongrel, true Europeans can factually handle milk and is the only race.
I disliked your comment because you asked for a like...sorry. I got diagnosed recently as well. The hardest part is not eating daily. I LOVE cheese and it pains me not to take a bit from the block in the fridge!
it's always the things you love the most that you can't have.
‼️🗣
Yep strawberry milk but i still drink it and just deal with the consequences later
I know..I enjoy drinking milk because it is soothing..just this year I suddenly became lactose intolerant..
Consuming delicious ice cream weekly has officially become a no-no. lol.
If you are intolerant to something, don't keep eating it because you may feel fine for now but in long term it suddenly turns to something serious like autoimmune disease or God forbid cancer.
Also a lot of our mental health issues like depression and anxiety is because of food intolerance and bad diet that damage our digestive system. Gut health and brain health are directly linked. So take your food intolerances serious.

I was trying to deny it for the longest time because let’s be honest, almond milk just don’t cut it
I’ve tried drinking almos milk and I couldn’t it tastes like medicine 🤣🤣
I am actually to the point that I prefer almond milk actually lol Its an easier transition if you were on 2% milk previously. Very difficult going from Whole to any alternative. For cereal, just avoid using flavored almond milk (Vanilla almond milk is gross with most flakes). And there are usually ways to mask the nutty almond flavor if you are drinking it straight.

It's weird that I've never had problems with dairy before. I started noticing signs that I might be lactose intolerant in December 2020. I have a doctors appointment next month. I hope she can figure it out.
Same thing happened for me. It's actually pretty common if you are a person transitioning into young adulthood. Many people become lactose intolerant as they get older. Most people with the condition are actually not born with it.

Same here. I thought i ate something bad at the first instance so i calmed my stomach down until diarrhea left and then, i tried milk again few weeks later and the same thing happened. I get gas at the thought of dairy. I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance as a kid. This tells me how much my gut issues can be resolved by not stressing about it. I don't think it will entirely resolve the issue. But, I wonder about how much of it is stress triggered.
I’m watching this video at 1 in the morning as I’m literally shitting my internal organs along with my soul after drinking a chocolate milkshake.. what is life
HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Beautiful set of words!
I just have diarrhea every morning normally when drinking hot tea with milk. Tomorrow I am going to skip the tea and avoid dairy to see if I have diarrhea.
First it’s the nausea, then the cramps, then the rumbles, then the explosion 💥
why am i watching this? i know i am lactose intolerant
i just realized i have severe lactose intolerance. 1 double cheeseburger and 30 minutes later I'm extremely gassy, bloating/stomach rubbling, diarrhea, then some really bad stomach pain and a lot of violently vomiting. Felt so horrible, lasted for like 2 and a half hours and took a whole night for me to recover. even the next morning my stomach still felt a little sick. i recently discovered lactaid and it saved my life the next i was experiencing that same sickness after eating dairy. but im just going to stay away from dairy period from now on and go get an official diagnoses from a doctor.
That's super rough buddy, but on the bright side there are so many other alternatives, sort of 😅
Found out just last night that this might be me :(
Oh my gosh, i think I'm lactose intolerant! When ever I have dairy, mainly milk, I fell all of this. Im only 11 as well but that does not matter.

I'm lactose intolerant, but I'm stupid and still eat ice cream, then greatly regret it the day after.
I have a sister who's been diagnosed as lactose intolerant and she takes some special pills before she eats dairy such as ice cream.
I’ve been drinking milk and coffee as long as I remember, never thought I am lactose intolerant. But now sitting on a toilet in college shitting my life away I am starting to think I might just be one of the 65% 😏
I was diagnosed of lactose intolerance back when I was in kindergarten. I would throw up everytime I would drink milk. I began drinking small amounts of regular milk often to treat my intolerance. Now my lactose intolerance has improved and I only get gassy when I drink coffee with milk.
you mean lactose tolerance in your last sentence right
I kept on thinking that it was normal for my stomach to hurt after eating cereal... but no. No
I have a upset stomach sometimes when I eat or drink dairy products. Not sure if that makes me Lactose Intolerant but I just think it depends on the type that I consume.
I’m slightly lactose intolerant like I can’t drink straight up milk or I’ll throw up but if I have it in cereal or cheese or ice cream at worst I’ll probably just get bloated or have a stomach ache but as I’ve gotten older it’s gotten worse so I hope it doesn’t get too bad
I'm 24 and I got told by a kinesiologist that I'm allergic to it but i never knew, i love the stuff and never thought i had a problem with it, weird.
I got my blood tested to see if I was allergic to anything because I had this rash thingy around my mouth. The result said that I am lactose intolerant but I never get diarrhea or any of those things
I've been drinking a ton of milk for years now, and I do experience some of the symptoms....
I was in the hospital 2-3 weeks ago after my body started bloating and reacting, leading to loss of conscious, it took stiches and a hospital visit to learn I was lactose intolerance, fml :(
Seems serious
Not allergy???
did u also had diarrhea
Lol he passed out off milk
I realized I was lactose intolerant when I hadn’t drank milk in awhile cause it hurt my stomach and I thought I was just overeating since it had been over 3 years, so I drank a whole glass of milk, let’s just say my stomach hurt so bad and was grumbling and bubbling noises and looked like it was moving (that’s how bad my stomach was hurting and growling.) and then I was stuck on the toilet for 30 minutes with diarrhea. This all happened at my uncles home and I didn’t tell him, and next time I went there he told me his toilet didn’t work and I had to go upstairs bcz someone had clogged it really bad 😅
I don't have problems digesting dairy products. I can have things like ice-cream milkshakes without problem, but as soon i see and smell milk, cheese, raw butter, i begin to tear up and start feeling really nauseous. The feeling is so intense that I can't even go to the kitchen when milk is heating on the stove. I end up throwing up or crying because of the nauseous feeling.
i searched this up because i am farting for the past 15 minutes after i drank mil lmao
I'm doing an experiment to see if I'm lactose intolerant.
Day 1
I ate some ice cream and had cramps, nausea and diarrhea.
Day 2
I ate a sandwich with salami and cheese. I got just diarrhea
Day 3 (today)
Currently eating icecream again and see what's happens. If I get diarrhea and cramps again I'm definitely lactose Intolerant.
Edit day 3. No diahhrea or cramps
Day 4
I ate a sandwich with lots of cheese and salami. No symptoms

It has taken me years to try to discover what causes my post nasal drip. This in turn causes my throat to fill up with mucus which them makes me cough and constant throat clearing. I suffer with IBS which again spent years cutting out this cutting out that without success. I had a light bulb moment with the IBS when I reasoned it must be something I have every day causing my upset stomach. Tea and coffee and lots of it. Narrowed it down to the caffeine so went over to decaff cut out chocolate and it was miraculous the change. I did notice along with the post nasal drip, I got diarrhoea if I ate lots of ice cream. Therefore now have lactose free milk and if having ice cream take a lactose pill. Due to this, no more thick mucus in throat or coughing because of, so much better after years of trying to discover what was wrong.
When you're an athlete and have lactose intolerance, but you gotta drink milk for protein. My toilet trips are brutal, fam.
I've been drinking almond milk seems to help alot
Try cbd oil tinctures for the toilet trips.
Why don't you try lactase supplements? I literally have zero symptoms and I have as much dairy as I want. Just need to remember to take one tablet like 5 minutes before having dairy.

Wow. I'm officially lactose and intolerance. I have all of these symptoms and I almost vomited but gladly didn't. We're going to a doctor this week :/
I'm very lactose, but I feel as I age it's getting worse, I don't drink milk, I can't have milk shakes, now I can't even have pizza anymore. Ayi!!

Fairy Dust
with age it definitely gets worse. i used to eat quesadillas all the time and now if I do it’s asking for a trip to the toilet
For my entire childhood I never correlated the CRIPPLING NIGHTMARE BATHROOM EXPERIENCES with having a bowl of cereal or glass of milk. It wasn't until I was 20 that I realized it. I'm lucky in the sense that only drinking milk causes it. I have no noticeable issue with cheese, butter, or most other dairy.
This hasn't stopped me from, on occasion, indulging in a bowl of cereal. I just hate myself while my intestines rot inside me a few hours later.
And don't suggest any milk alternatives, I've tried them all, they taste like bleach.
You may find that lactose free milk tastes the same but with out the lactose. I know cause im laavtose intolerant
I just ate a cheese sandwich and I’m on the toilet crapping my pants
My mom is lactose intolerant, I wasn’t before but now I’m starting to be lactose intolerant, I prefer black coffee for two reasons, it’s bitter and plain, and I dont want milk to be in my coffee, although I don’t drink it a lot since it makes me sleepy and stains my teeth
Whenever I consume products with dairy, it feels like I've put my intestines in a full nelson headlock. It's pretty straightforward actually.
I'm European and it was a surprise for me to discover that more than half of the world is lactose intolerant. Everyone I know is lactose tolerant and I thought it was a not so common occurrence in other parts of the world as well
I'm asian and literally almost everyone I know in my country is lactose intolerant, we always feel a bit sick whenever we eat european foods that contain dairy
I'm used to have no problem with milk until college where I suddenly just diarrhea away every time I drink milk but I can still eating other dairy products like Yoghurt or Cheese snacks no problem.
So I'm half lactose intolerant.
its weird for me, because after consuming milk, if i lie down ill IMMEDIATELY get the rumblies and gas, sometimes followed by diarrhea but not always, however if i stay straight up ill be fine, dairy products like icecream don't seem to do anything to me so I'm starting to wonder if its more of an indigestion problem since im laying down but there are also times when i don't and then it becomes confusing because there's no pattern
Just had a glass of milk and I legit had terrible cramps and was on the verge of puking and I almost shit my pants ... pretty sure I'm lactose and tolerant
What’s the music playing in the back
I’m not lactose intolerant so I’m thankful for that, to all the people who do, I feel sorry that you have to suffer from this & can’t devour really tasty food

I don't realize that i'm lactose intolerant because when i eat cheese i don't really feel anything, but with ice cream or milk my stomach always rumble. I also have liquid crap a bit after consuming some dairy(except cheese).
As soon as I hit 30 my stomach said "no dairy for you!" I use to love ice cream and iced coffee. Now I get cramps and smelly farts.
My symptoms are…: throwing up, diarrhea, stomach rumbling, i’m just feeling sick.:( Also I throw up unconditionally even when I’m not sick Usually in small amounts but I’ve noticed it has been getting larger amounts in and so if anybody knows anything about this please let me know that would be very helpful also thank you for taking the time to read this.
just had coffee and my stomach is cramping so bad and i feel nauseous
ive been having trouble w dairy for a while now but this hurts so bad
Took me a while to find out I was lactose intolerant. Didn't know it was even a thing until I was 20.
I only get the symptops when I consume the dairy products on their own; glass of milk, can of yogurt. However, I have no issues after eating pancakes, pizza, cream sauce pasta dishes, drinking milk coffee etc
I love watching my friend down a pint of milk while i could hardly get a cup
For me it came with age…At about late into 25th year (I’m 27 now) I noticed I constantly had diarrhea and sore stomachs and I didn’t know what it was coming from. Then later on (it was just about last year I think) I got a bad stomach after eating a bunch of my favorite Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Of course I thought it was the Ice Cream that was bad but then after I seen that nobody else who ate it got sick it dawned on me why I’d always get the runs and be on the toilet hurting.
I only experiencing it whenever I drink dairy milk and sterilized milk but not from eating cheese, baked products, or sweetened milk.
Here in the Netherlands, drinking milk is very common. Some people even state the Dutch are the tallest people in the world because of their consumption of milk. Personally, as a non Dutch native living in The Netherlands (Black Jamaican heritage, born in UK) I cannot stand milk on its own. Still, I'm 6'3" so I guess the absence of milk has done me no harm.
My older sibling is also lactose intolerant so it would make sense if I was too cuz I have some of these signs 🤭
AgentApple so if it isn’t genetic what is it?cant like your family pass it on or give you a risk of having it cuz my whole family is lactose intolerant 🤧
@@rosierosie2338 There are different way you can become intolerant and one way is to inherit it (all my sisters and my mum are intolerant too). But you can also develop intolerance after illnesses that have attacked your intestines like coeliac or similar diseases.
I know this for years but i eat dairy anyways toobad body you just have to deal with it
I wanna get diagnosed but my mom says that everyone is lactose and it's normal but after I have dairy my stomach hurts and a while after I have diarrhea 😃 even if I get diagnosed lactose I know I'm still gonna be having dairy its been part of my life since I was little and I've been dealing with stomach pain and diarrhea for months now😅
I’m not officially lactose intolerant because I haven’t gone to a doctor to check, but I get gas, bloating, and abdominal cramps if I drink a lot of milk. I’m fine if I don’t have over 3 cups of milk. The story is different with cheese and other dairy products because I don’t get any symptoms. In my current situation, am I lactose intolerant?
holy 💩, I'm lactose intolrence
Am sad I’ve been testing how I felt each time I got milk from school lunch and at home.
1st day I drank milk I felt like I was dying inside.
2nd day didnt I felt fine
3rd day happened again. Rip
The thing is when I eat any sort of dairy at home I feel fine and nothing happens but when I go out to school and eat dairy i don’t feel well
I am so confused
As you talked about the stomach noises my stomach croaked lol
Welp my lifestyle over....
when you love dairy foods but your lactose intolerant
Me:
who cares lets eat some more
I've been getting all the mentioned symptoms exept for vomiting and cramping, but I don't know if they were caused by milk :/
Well i don’t have any of these but my sinuses get blocked if I take lactose and then congestion and inflammation occur which eventually lead to infection which leads to a month or two of weekly sickness for 2 or 3 days where I just have horrible headaches and I’m excessively tired and I get nauseous and vomit all the time (after a while I’m just puking out stomach acid as there is no food left). But the thing is this only happens for 1 or 2 months a year as it builds and builds up from all the little bits I take and it’s always around may to June. Pretty sure something to do with the heat triggers it. And then usually I am pretty much fine after.
