Rad. Tons of crossover between the Mtb and overland communities. I’d suggest taking a trip to the GWNF to run Union Springs to Flagpole knob and get a Reddish Knob shuttle ride in the following day. Also, the cold spring/bald Mtn Jeep trail will take you south to the Sherando Lake area. Mill creek>Torrey Ridge is a classic Virginia ridge line ride.
Just did some deep research. The bank states the vehicle was A)Totaled B)Damaged beyond safe repair. It appears to be structural damage that has been “repaired” but deemed unsafe…. I will NOT be purchasing this vehicle. Thank you all that responded. I will also be speaking to the car salesman that tried to sell to me as well as trying to get that vehicle off the lot of this is all legit.

In all honesty I just used painters tape to see how it would look and then cut it with a dremel.
