His speech revealed his goals of banning contraception and rolling back LGBTQ rights through “radical incrementalism.” It is a strategy of passing incremental legislation to achieve broader conservative objectives. Project 2025 outlines a vision for the next conservative president, emphasizing significant changes such as firing up to 50,000 federal employees, imposing restrictions on contraception, and potentially banning abortion nationally. It also seeks to undermine LGBTQ protections and promote traditional family values. Gareth Gore, an expert on Opus Dei, notes the parallels between Project 2025 and Opus Dei’s reactionary stance against societal progress. Opus Dei’s influence extends to other prominent figures like Leonard Leo, former executive vice president of the Federalist Society. Although Opus Dei claims to focus solely on spiritual aims, critics argue that its secretive nature and involvement in political projects reveal a broader agenda. Trump’s running mate, Sen. JD Vance maintains a close relationship with Roberts. It should be noted that Pope Francis this year specifically called out what he called radically conservative Catholics as what was standing in the way of reforms in the Vatican. Perhaps Project 2025 and Opus Dei were what he was referring to.

May I recommend Gareth Gore’s book OPUS DEI. The reason Mike Johnson Speaker of the House has never had a bank account is because he was recruited during college into OPUS DEI. OD vows chastity, obedience and “poverty”. OD gets 100% of Mike’s income then OD pays his bills. OD members are required to preform “mortification of the flesh” for 2 hs every day. This means OD members don’t pay taxes.

Another Heritage Foundation's darling, James McGill Buchanan Jr. (1919-2013) and his Mont Pelerin Society already ran their test phase for a take-over of a country way back in 1980s Chile under Pinochet, and had a hand in rewriting Chile's laws and constitution in a way that favoured the ultra-wealthy oligarchs of the country, and deliberately putting measures in place making it difficult for people after the end of the Pinochet regime to change the constitution to something more liberal because the conservative elites could block any changes.

Actually to be honest, Gareth Gore himself says he is no opus dei expert.
He is a financial expert.
He investigated the financial corruption part of opus dei, the the himan trafficking, and then spoke to hundred of ex-members.
His book is well searched, professional, credible.
