I can't find 99% alcohol but would 91% do fine?

I’ve been told that 91% does not work.
Amazon sometimes has 99% alcohol but after you know what happened.... things change. Try Nigel’s or Naimies or Frends. These are makeup stores in LA you should be able to order online.
