Why not clean the armature??? Only half a job. Do you have a wolls woyce?

At the time of making the video I did not have an armature cleaning stick which I normally use so I do apologize but I was only making the short video on a friend's drill and I thought it would be useful for some other people again I do apologize for not doing the job completely but it will point people in the right direction

SOMETIMES it may have damaged the armature ( commutator) !
So why aren't you showing that then?
If you just change the brushes you won't get much more life out of it before it gets MUCH more expensive to fix.
