Best Desk Lamp - Xiaomi Mijia Light Bar Review

I've been eyeing the BenQ light bar for...I don't know, since the pandemic started? The problem was I couldn't stomach the ~$100+ price. I actually have some nice desk lamps in the house but
Saw the Xiaomi Mijia Light Bar in a few #DeskGoal posts and thought I'd give it a shot.
It has exceeded my expectations.

Do you work with a room light off when using this light bar, especially at night? Is it comfortable?

Hey Choco! I have a room light on the ceiling that I barely use because it emits a candescent yellow color that I don’t like. Puns aside, in the dark is where this shines.

Hey Zinic - I didn’t do a great job narrating exactly what I did. Push the puck down, and then rotate left or right. Going left will bring the yellow light. Going right is the blue/white light. Holding down for like 2 seconds auto changes the color to something that’s supposed to be good for eye comfort.

did you felt like the brightness was low (due to 5w) compared to normal desk light ?

Thanks equus. Yea - compared to a normal desk light it's likely not going to be as bright. But also, those desk lights are lighting up way more than the desk.
This light is bright enough to capture your "work area" but not so bright that the light is bleeding across the room.

Lol. Sorry. I just checked and wowwww is it confusing 😂. It wasn’t like that before. Now they have models that are “smart” so you can use an app. And then the “2 pcs” thing is confusing me. I think mine is “Standard 1pc” but I don’t want to lead you astray. It’s just my best guess. Sorry Galan!
