  • This is installment No. 3 from the Gehl archive. I hope the conversion from VHS to digital is working good enough for you viewers. Things look ok on my end, but some input from you dear viewer, would be appreciated. Just to make sure everything is in good order before I convert a pile more of these tapes.
    Regards & enjoy!!

Thanks for the info & the update. Laufenberg sounds familiar. I'll have to ask around & see if anyone has anymore info.

Audio quality is GREAT. Video is as good as you can expect from VHS. Whatever you're doing, you're doing it right!

Many thanks for the feedback & glad you enjoyed!! The only thing I noticed, is the vid uploaded in 480p. I must forgotten to switch back to 720 after the first vids.

I recall seeing those harvesters at work in the neighborhood & marveling at how fast they could go. Now, some 20 years later, they're moving pretty slow. Really is amazing to witness the change in tech through the years. Thanks for tuning in!

Great video when we used to dairy farm back in the 80s we used a Gehl 800 chopper and a Gehl 99 blower and I still think that’s the best blower made we never plugged it and we used to fill a 20x60 and a 24x80 also we cut hay with 2 Gehl 880 haybines

Ran NH choppers but Gehl boxes and blowers. Always wanted to try a Gehl chopper with AutoMax.
