  • 🟢食材:
    海蝦 450 克
    雞蛋 4 隻
    蔥 適量
    全脂奶 1 湯匙
    鹽 3/8 茶匙
    胡椒粉 適量
    🟢做法:
    1️⃣ 將海蝦去殼去腸,洗淨吸乾水,加入 1/8 茶匙鹽及少許胡椒粉拌勻備用。
    2️⃣ 把雞蛋打入碗中,加入 1/4 茶匙鹽、少許胡椒粉及 1 湯匙全脂奶拌勻。
    3️⃣ 熱鑊下油,加入蝦仁煎大約 30 秒,翻轉另一面再煎30 秒。
    4️⃣ 將蛋漿倒入鑊中,讓蛋液包裹蝦仁,炒至喜歡的生熟度,上碟撒上蔥花。
    🟢Ingredients:
    Shrimp - 450 g
    Eggs - 4
    Spring onions - as needed
    Whole milk - 1 tbsp
    Salt - 3/8 tsp
    White pepper powder - as needed
    🟢Cooking directions:
    1️⃣ Remove the shells and veins from the shrimp, wash and pat dry. Mix with 1/8 tsp salt and a pinch of white pepper powder.
    2️⃣ Whisk the eggs in a bowl with 1/4 tsp salt, a pinch of white pepper powder, and 1 tbsp whole milk.
    3️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add the shrimp and cook for about 30 seconds on each side until slightly browned.
    4️⃣ Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir until the shrimp is coated with the egg. Cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve with chopped spring onions on top.

      如果有配料就大火炒, 如果沒有配料燒熱鑊(要熱的), 下油後立即下蛋漿, 跟手熄火, 用餘溫把蛋炒熟便可.
