    Thank you for this is very informative. I noticed the bean sprouts had the root and bean part removed, keeping the white middle part.

    This was great thank you! When do you rinse the beef? Before or after marinating?

      Sure, you can rinse and dry the meat. Adding a bit of baking soda to marinate can tenderize it, but remember to rinse it again after few mins to prevent any strange taste
