你可以試試,簡易就是用萬字醬油色啱就會味啱(加少許糖)多些芽菜(最後落),拋4-5次(其他地方没有什么差别)就知有没有不同的地方….干炒牛河一般的都會覺得多油….如此做就不会有油腻感。
