@@noqc1 I understand that but if you’re eating whole plant foods and non processed meats your body will stop craving more food bc it is getting the nutrients it needs. Versus eating things just based on calories. Processed foods (even minimally processed) will keep the body hungry and seeking for the nutrients found in real food.
You HAVE to get the take and bake bread. It is sourdough, it lasts for months before baking, all natural all organic not sure about the macros and such but an unbeatable unprocessed option.

Is sourdough bread the best bread to have ?
If yeast is one of the ingredients in the sourdough bread than its not sourdough bread its regular bread that spikes your blood sugar
If it has wheat yes, I make my own whole wheat sourdough starter. Otherwise it's the same as white bread
