Nice selection and I wish there were more “prebiotics vs pro on the shelves” thank you for highlighting those products I didn’t know had some prebiotics. Not into lactobacillus… just remember that some of the sugars are absorbed in the mouth unless a complex sugar & the brain needs 800 Calories of sugar daily on average. Why don’t you have seaweed in there? Is it because of the oils and salt content? Also intermittent fasting is awesome for gut health, HGH and hormone rebalancing. It can curb cravings, increase early satiety and reduce the burden of the gut’s bad bacteria’s influence on food choices.

I will say, if you have a Costco in your area, it's worth the membership just for the cheaper gas. But they really do have a lot more healthier foods there and better prices for the quantity you're getting. I'm fortunate because even though I don't like my town very much, we do have Walmart, Aldi, Target, Fresh Thyme, Costco and Sam's Club. Sadly no Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.

I love Bobby because Bobby loves Costco.
Don't believe Jamie Lee. She was in the low-budget, last Halloween movie. It was aweful.

@@abundantsunflower1107 Yeah, it was one of those hand-held camera jobs where the screen shakes. I think she may have directed that one too. Even, Michael could have done a better job with the directing.

Is never too late to reverse aging. When I was 50 I started eating healthy and doing keto and I feel better now and look younger than when I was in my twenties. Now I am 55 👍

Of course not! I'm 50...... we're still young. Learning new things keeps you young and keeps your brain engaged. I thought I was eating decently until I watched Bobby, lol. But we were raised in the time of "canola oil is so healthy!". I try to eat nutrient dense foods. And if you eat lettuce at all, get organic. Something like green leaf. Never iceburg....no nutrients. I make salad using organic spring mix with organic green leaf mixed in. Then I use the remaining green leaf in wraps that are whole grain, low carb, no preservatives. Just things like that make a big difference. I'm trying to make the switch to grass fed beef and pasture raised chicken but the cost is an issue. So I just swap out what I can when I can. All the best to you on your healthy second act!!!😊

Thanks for all the videos. I hope you can answer my question. Is natural sugar from fruit gut friendly. I eat about 5 or 6 bananas a day. Some in my snoothie and some after a workout. That's all the sugar I have.
How about peanut butter? I get it with just peanuts and salt. Gut friendly? Thanks!

I buy organic whole milk from Costco and make my own Greek yogurt. I strain it till it resembles cream cheese then add back some water to cream it.

Thank you Bobby. I don't like the greek yogurt but I do get the sauerkraut. BTW, I'm addicted to your protein smoothie.

calories. those little bytes have 60 calories per square. most normal people are going to have a min of 5. that's 300 calories in a matter of 3 minutes.

The chobani flavored are 1/3 less sugar than activa. So it’s the healthiest flavored yogurt out there. But plain would be healthiest

I found a brand called ratio its got the cleanest keto style yogurt ive ever seen. 15 fat from milk/avocado oil. 15 protein. 2 carbs, 1 sugar. probiotics. It's taste is menh, but the quality is supreme.
