She did it for free publicity. Of course she wasn't discriminated against. Dude couldn't carry her in that car. She likely won't win lawsuit because everyone can see how crazy this is.
However, she did get the free publicity and increased music stream, the problem with that is it will all crash down. Shes not good enough or have stage presence to sustain, meaning she best be banking every dollar right now. Her 15 minutes will be up after the suit is settled.
