      @@TargetTrainingdance thanks for the answer :-) but you should change the title as it clearly says : Irish Dance ! That being said as a ballet dancer I can state that your workout is great so as to improve your stance, steps and speed ! Irish dance is really hard mainly jumps so your workout is helpful !
