    Being professional on set is so important! Thanks for highlighting these practices. I think we all benefit from a refresher from time to time.

    This was a good video, lots of sound advice. I lived in LA a while back and worked on a number of films. I also made my own short inde film so got to know the business pretty well. The hardest part from a director/producer perspective is time and money. Making a film is both intense and expensive so it's critical to get the shots you need because you may only have one opportunity to do so. I had good luck with most of the actors I worked with. They delivered their lines correctly when called upon, didn't complain, and were pleasant to be around.

    Thank you so much for this info. I’ve been on set a few times before, but I got more information that I wasn’t aware of. I love your content! thank you thank you. I’m doing a student film today. I got butterflies and I’m excited.

      Yes, but only if the casting call explicitly says it is a global casting call.

    Hello again, I have another qestion, I would be so thankful for your answer. Are there any auditions or casting who search people around the world? This would be amazing!

    • @BelgicaPaola
      @BelgicaPaola  4 месяца назад +1

      Yup, but they are much less prevalent than other castings. They will be labeled as global open casting calls or accepting global submissions. There is no one website that has them all. What you need to do to find them is consistently search it online.

    Belgica, what is the biggest part you've had to learn before showing up on set?

    • @BelgicaPaola
      @BelgicaPaola  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hi 😊 sorry, I am not sure I understand the question. You mean as far as lines? If so, when I was in college, I was in a play where I had about 12 pages of monologues total. 😯 That is the largest role I've ever had.
