Anyone trying to follow behind Jack Russell is already at a disadvantage before they even start singing. Like myself I’m sure every GW fan out there would most certainly rather see Jack back as the frontman of GW. You gotta give Mitch some credit for taking on such a daunting task of putting himself out there in front of all the GW fans singing the songs we all love to hear. Mitch has a great voice and while he’s no Jack Russell I think he’s doing a pretty good job. I’d rather see the legacy of GW keep on keeping on with Mitch than folding it all up and vanishing. I’m appreciative that they’re out there giving the fans an opportunity to see them perform along with Jack doing the same on his end. Dave King and Jack have always been my fav vocalists from the 80s. Dave has his band Flogging Molly these days, every once in a while you can hear a little bit of "Fastway", but for the most part his singing style is completely different these days.
They were perfect Oct 14 2018 Florence Oregon. Mitch was fantastic and the music perfect also. We don't get many big rock acts in this lonely coastal outpost so it was a great treat to see GREAT WHITE!
I seen these guys at the Monroe County Fair in Michigan 4 days before this show and I think Mitch does a great job fitting in with them. He has good stage presence and vocally can do the job.
I met GW in WV many years ago, badass band. Mark definitely deserves GW, but I think vocally, he could get better. This guys great, but he doesn’t have that blues sound that GW had together. Great performance

I bet that a new album with Mitch would be incredible. Gw put out some great albums with terry but I honestly couldn't buy them because I really disliked Terry's Spanish touch on the gw sound ... too much purrring
Jack was the man. Terry was a great voice to fill those big shoes. Mitch? Well I’m just not feeling it. Lifelong GW fan. And i just can’t seem to adjust this time.

The band always so spot on and precise! The new lead singer has to fine-tune his ear to the songs and he'll be alright...
