I like using saltines for crabcakes as you don't have to add any additional salt. I use ten saltines to a pound of crabmeat and I use a rolling pin to crush them but after I put them in a sealed sandwich bag.

You can use Tony Chachere's Seasoning, it's pretty good. Sometimes just water and salt is used, we've done that before and maybe add some garlic. If you don't like seasoning just the water and a little salt is fine then you just taste the crab. When we were in Oregon catching Dungeness crabs we cooked them in water right out of the ocean, that's how they cook them out there. Thanks for Watching

Unsuccessful crabbing today at Keesler AFB Marina. I might swing by Ocean Springs to buy crabs off the boat slips.
