    Love your videos. This one especially. It is always helpful to see other campers ideas on must haves. Agree on all of your goods and bads except the aluminum outdoor table. Here are a few of ours.
    Single portable induction cooktop. (use inside or outside)
    Old school cheap electric griddle for outside cooking bacon, eggs and hash browns. (way more convenient than a Blackstone)
    X-chocks as well.
    Truck tool box/diesel fuel tank. Has shallow tool box at the top and 50 gal reserve tank. Game changer when getting 10mpg, more than doubles your range.
    Small table top charcoal grill. I refuse to go to gas grilling until the day I die. Messy at times? Yes, but no substitute.
    That's a short list. See you on the road. In Nashville area but usually camp locally on Cordell Hull.

      Great list! We’ll have to check out that portable induction cooktop! Thanks so much for the kind words ☺️

    I couldn't make peace with the Blackstone either. I'll stick to my smaller Weber Q. Anything else can go in a frying pan either inside the rig or my portable propane burner I can put on a picnic table.

      Yeah, meals don't have have to be so overly complicated when you're just trying to have fun. But sometimes cooking IS the fun and then you need the fun tools to make the fun thing and it becomes a whole episode lol

    That is a nice socket set....should look into getting one for my husband as well. We love our blackstone but we know it is not for everyone. I need to thin out my kitchen stuff I have too many things that I do not use.

      Kitchen stuff is easy to buy too much of! There’s so many good options. It’s hard to narrow it down!

    Agree with the Blackstone. Has its place but not in my camper. I use the coleman as well. I do have the griddle plates to swap out when I want. When I head out for a week or more I add the traeger ranger to smoke a little something (Pecan pie and Brisket usually). While I am a Milwaukee fan I have an excessive Mikita infrastructure so I just tossed a few in the camper. I am probably over tooled annf over parted but my plumbing and electrical sets have saved more bacon than mine. Val- I am gonna need to get those stackable pots!

      Oh wow! Pecan pie in the Traeger? Gonna need to know where to find that recipe please haha! We have a Traeger at home, Jarrett’s actually pretty skilled with it believe it or not! We love that thing!

    • @Ex.Nihilo
      @Ex.Nihilo 6 месяцев назад

      The Pecan Pie recipe is on the Traeger site. Do not skimp on the orange zest. Use Karo Pancake syrup instead of the corn syrup. When we are camping we do a premade pie crust. Home we go old school. It is one of the best things I ever had from the Traeger.

    How’s your rv? Any real problems? I’m in the market and have been following your channel and with all the problems with rv’s today wondered how yours is doing. I had a 42’ diesel pusher and sold it in 2021 now just want something with less systems to deal with.

      Hey yeah thanks, only minor problems which are the common things that come up with new RV’s, I appreciate the simplicity of the Sporttrek, we’re gonna do a video soon on Venture and tour some more of their models. Hopefully that’ll be helpful too. So far we really like ‘em!

    Looks like some expensive non essentials to me. To each their own.
