If nothing works just reinstall Windows.
The warning sticker they may have wanted to make sure it stays in transit.
A trick I learned about sticker adhesive, if you blot the sticky surface with the back of the sticker it will lift much of it off.
You will have to do it repeatedly, but it works well when just the sticky is left behind.
Quite possible about transit.
I also do the glue trick, but I was afraid here as it seemed it can take the paint off 😖
