Jenson Button competes in IMSA as a 3ed driver at times. Always good to see him.

Ah. OK. I didn't know that. Interesting. As he is with the Taylors I assume that he'll be growing a mullet?

Nice model...the bargeboard is, (assuming realistic) nicer than on minichamps. The wood grain and colour is very convincing, appearance is like it's been beautifully varnished.
I don't normally get too excited for the undersides of models!
Minichamps renditions of McLarens of the era are also very good. Like this, the silver is very pleasing; super reflective. Maybe even slightly better.
I have the 2011 car. Should've spent an extra few quid to get the actual one from Canada which he won on the last lap, having been last. Remember watching that one.
I'm also a Somerset lad...have a few Jenson models, more by chance than going out my way, but I do like Jenson.

Yeah, it's not often I get down on my knees to look up through the transparent acrylic display case shelves that I have!! :)
      Thanks for the Minichamps comparison.
Ah, the Canada race - epic. Last to first, drives his team mate into the wall, 4 hours long, regenmeister - doesn't get better than that! I remember it well.
Somerset lad? You're kidding! :) The historic county of Somerset does well for 'drivers': Button, Norris, Chris Harris and I know that I've forgotten more. It's a great county to pick up your driving skills in, particularly wet road skills. I wrote off my mum's Mini (classic) up on the Blackdown Hills (regretfully).

Great review. I have the Louis Hamilton model. Just applied the decals but, have not reviewed it yet. Mine was sealed as well but have some inconsistencies In the silver paint...very unusual for Spark
