I started MuayThai at the ripe old age of 30, Got sucked into the whole raveing/partying/drug taking scene in my teens to mid 20s. I get allmost jealous when i say teens training now & wish i had the frame of mind to to have took it up when i was younger. nothing but respect for anyone that fights in any combat sport.the dedication & determination it takes to reach even a central area level is unreal
Joe looks like a gentle, softspoken boy-man. After watching him for a minute or two in action, it's a change to aggressive, skilled and someone who truly enjoys this sport.

Hi.I started at 37. And I am now 51.It keeps me fit but there are frustrating days when I think , why am I putting myself through the hard training
