After trying at least 6 of these methods to get my App Store to work. The method that worked on my phone was method seven which was doing a rest of my network. Sir you are Awesome! I was getting really frustrated about my App Store not working. You are an expert and know what your talking about. I took my phone to a cell phone place and they couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my phone even after they did a hard rest. My hat goes off to you. Many thanks to you😊

Can't do any not even go on iTunes on mbp as that's too old with old software. That would fix the problem. So no App Store and no music either on both iPhone iPad

Guys mine was saying open iTunes U app as well... maybe you should check if itunes is available in you country first before you go through all these procedures... if its not available then change your apple id country region to some where like the US and make up a fake address

Hey my itunes is not working correctly. It says, “Open itunes u app” . I’ve set date and time and put the don’t disturb mode on and i even signed out of my icloud id and logged in again but alas nothing worked . Can you please help me out.

mine was saying it as well.. I found out that itune was not available in my country so i had the change the country to the USA..
settings- itunes and App Store - click on your apple id- click veiw app id- click country and region- change to the US and make up a fake address- save then try it if that works then you have to turn off all the locations and change your time zone.. i went through alot.. thats if your having the same problem as me
