Brand new concept - Luxury Co-Living in leafy Harrow on the Hill

Akin to having all the indulgences of a 4-Star hotel, seamlessly integrated into residents’ everyday lives, Diff_Rent gives a unique experience for modern living, with residents being able to step out of their fully equipped modern apartments, into a world where well-being and leisure are prioritised.
The client on this infill-plot project were very clear about their requirements on this project. They needed a window which would fulfil a variety of very high performance criteria, in a single solution, which would meet their tight budgetary requirements. Acoustic performance was top of their list, being right on top of the main railway line through Harrow, and adjacent to the busy station, and with a main arterial road route on the other side of the building.
Modern aesthetics and thermal performance were also extremely high on their list of needs. The project also called for a bespoke solution so that the windows would be fixed from a user perspective, and openable for cleaning and maintenance only, due to Transport for London’s requirements with the close proximity to the railway .
