In tales of arise it was the exact same problem constantly they were overlapping each other yelling out their attacks literally non-stop every split second it was overwhelming. I really wish they would give an option to disable characters yelling out their abilities. Maybe just give people a frequency slider. Give me the ability to make it to where like every 8th attack they'll yell it out.
You can really see by the graphics that it's also a switch game. They just increased resolution and frame rate for PS5 and PC versions. And people cry that PS4 is holding games back.
This makes zero sense. By your logic DOOM Eternal, World War Z, Hogwarts Legacy etc should have had cuts in many areas too as these games were also built with Switch in mind. But no, they're some of the most technically impressive games this generation.
@@DJWhylafihya in the case of WWZ yes but the Switch was a factor during development of ID Tech 7 for Eternal. Same with Hogwarts regardless of how the game turns out on Switch
I found Atelier Ryza 1 incredibly boring as someone who strives to 100% RPGS and has grinded in many rpgs. Its just not interesting enough. I had to quit wasting my time on it. I'm surprised BS like this gets popular when so many PS2 & and PS1 rpgs are superior to it. Rogue Galaxy, Xenosaga, Skies of Arcadia, FF12, Persona, DDS 1+2, and so many more rpgs made 10+ years ago are so much more interesting than this.
Was wondering whether it was only me who is thinking like you. It's sad to see what the JRPG genre has become. The PS 2 era was so much more enjoyable and memorable. People may say that we were kids back then, and so we may be biased due to the nostalgic factor, but I am confident to say that the PS 2 era JRPG's were generally speaking more solid and original.
Well, you are totally free to play those mentioned games. Noone forces you to play an Atelier game if it tires you so. Additionally, Atelier has always been like that, even those titles in the PS1 and PS2 era, so it seems more like you went in with askew expectations if you compare it to those other games and not with e. g. Harvest Moon or similar. Also, comparing a title from 2020 with a wildy different setup to games from a decade ago ... what exactly is the point made other than calling it "BS", because you forced yourself to play it and unsurprisingly didn't like it thus? And that those aforementioned games are not popular beggars belief (Persona? FF12?). Ryza just an Atelier game that got more widespread coverage than any of the previous titles in the series, which doesn't mean that it stands in competition with thelikes of Persona/FF12/etc.
Peek or rpgs was kingdoms heart 1 imo honestly I'd like if anime games went more towards a urban feel ascetic and wordplay wise but with that 90s appeal but that has yet to be a game that represents that sadly.
@@DragovianMythiX Octopath Traveler 2 and Tales of Arise are FANTASTIC, man. I got Fire Emblem Engage but I've never pressured a Fire Emblem before so it's a bit overwhelming. This game isn't good? The Switch has sooo many RPGs lol I just got it last month. I almost want a first person game too but idk which one to get fock
I'm sorry you have no choice, the game has been shipped to your address, and you will be compelled to 100% it before you are allowed back out of your house.
my greatest complaint is that the combat is full of characters that can't shut up.
😂😂😂

@DaveTheeMan-wj2nk or simply a separate audio slider for combat. modern solutions are magical!

@@JackFrost-1856 Sorry, but you are dead wrong, all of those mentions are late ports to the Switch. They were develepod first for PS4/PS5 and PC.
@@JackFrost-1856 bro those games were ported to switch after being developed for ps/xb … what a dumb reply

Ryza 1 is the weakest one in the trilogy. I’ve 100% Ryza 1&2 and i can say the second game is a huge step up.
