This heli has been around for many years. For a single rotor fixed pitch, on a calm day it is fun and looks great in the air. The smaller 912 actually flies more sporty.
V911, V912, V915 and the V913, I have had and flown them all, great fixed pitch helicopters to start with and a lot easier to fly than a collective pitch helicopter of which I own and fly now which is a KDS 450 QS helicopter. The first V913 produced had brushed motors, the next one produced had a brushless main motor and a brushed tail rotor, the last V913 came out with brushless main and tail rotors which gave it more power and reliability, you will still have to be careful when flying in windy conditions, i suggest you not only get a spare main gear, but also a spare main shaft, also good to install a rear flashing colored marker light for orientation, good luck, and have fun.

In fact, I was flying helis way before I got into quadcopters, and I'll tell you now, it's going to be a challenge for you bro. Flying my V913 heli was like flying a quadcopter in acro mode!!! This one has gyros built in but does not list how many. So at least it will be stable, at least a lot of owners are saying. I used to watch a friend in the 80's fly his nitro heli, used to scare me because he would tell me the blades would cut my fingers off. Lol

Why is my v913 dont have on off switch, on the helicopter itself . I watch others on you tube they all have the red color on off switch. .. Just wonderin why, maybe u guys could help me out
Nice unboxing Donnie, I started this hobby with helicopters. I have had this one since 2015 and it does fly pretty good but you have to control it. As long as you get one with four channels it can be controlled a lot better. Looking forward to the flight video and btw, it does not fly very well in a lot of wind so be careful if you do fly it while it is windy. Also fpv may not work well because of the vibrations that these helis create.

A lot of these companies have discontinued this model. I have an Amazon link for the V950, this one is the upgrade version that has acro mode. With the click of the switch, you can shut off the stabilizers and build it do stop flying. amzn.to/3U3qrWj also outside the USA you can check Aliexpress

Can you help me..my heli nose will always go forward when take off even without touching the controller.
May have to trim the controller, hopefully the gyro is not damaged.
