I was there and I must admit, I'm not a massive Paramore fan but honestly, they were insane. Hayley was awesome and she put on such a good show. The performance of the only exception when the sound had gone down was incredible. I'm so glad I saw them live.

Okay, to every1 who's saying that Hayley can't sing, let me clear this up for you. She was kinda sick on this show, u can notice that. She's super energetic (and that's what makes her unique), which means she's 90% of the time jumping around, which means she gets tired. She's human, lolz. But that doesnt mean she can't sing. AND besides that, is this a concert or is this a choir show? Live performances are NOT supposed to be perfect, if they were, they would just do playback. Or not do live performances. Simple.
Her voice has never been better and healthier. If you disagree, go watch any of their shows from their 2015 tour, writing the future (the videos that have better quality are from the baltimore show, i think). Then you can argue with me.

What bothers me most about this is they have one of the most intense passionate live drummers currently and you wouldn't even know.
man... I love it when bands acknowledge their fans, and then a fan who is clearly freaking out just nails it. makes me smile so big.

I love all the comments about the "flu". She is an extremely talented, well trained singer who uses mostly chest voice in a lot of her songs (as it is her trademark). A little flu would not detriment her voice enough to ruin any of her songs as they are in her tessitura (comfortable voice tone). If she did have a more serious sickness that would prevent her from singing, then she would not have been able to sing the chorus the way she did or pretty much anything at all. It is clear that she is just having fun changing the melody. One thing people don't realize is that artists spend hours upon hours singing the same fucking song in the studio, and then, they have to sing that song in every city they play on their tour (plus extra acoustic/side events), and if it's a hit song like this, you know for sure they're going to play it. On top of that this song came out in 2007. So she's had to sing this song every city, every tour, for the last 9 years. It gets boring after a while, so artists decide to change it up a bit to save themselves from the tyranny of monotony.

Dont think thats whats going on here. She seems short of breath, the flu isnt allowing her to do her normal dancing. Youd agree the flu affects dancing right? Since shes struggling with that she struggles with singing.
Nobody here has run around a stage while singing and knows what that's like. And yeah, the rhythm section has to be solid, that's why they're the rhythm section.
The other thing is, I've played giant shows like this. It can be nearly impossible to hear a thing on stage at gigs like this. Especially when your whole crew is rushed on stage to set everything up/do the sound in a half an hour. Even with the best crew it can be hard to hear yourself sing at giant outdoor festival gigs

Gwen Stefani never had problems singing live and being active. Haley just stinks live is all it seems.
I think that was a magical night for Dinosaur, ticket worth every penny.

I miss the "Hey Josh!!!!" as well,and I think that all of them miss it too everytime they perform "Misery Business", but I'm thankful that the band is still alive even broken,because rock'n'roll needs down-to-earth bands like Paramore,whether are they "pop" or not...
When I became a Paramore fan,it was not because they were a pop punk band,because there are lots of bands like this and they all look and sound the same; even Avril Lavigne was pop punk back then,so being pop punk wasn't a big deal at all...I became a Paramore fan because I felt like they were not like the other pop punk bands because they were down-to-earth,and I feel like,despite the musical and fashion changes,they are still as down-to-earth now as they were before,perhaps even more,and that's enough to me...After all,wich other band would call a fan to perform with them one of their biggest hits and have such a blast like they did?

I don't understand what happened, when the Farros left, they managed to write Monster, Renegade and Hello Cold World, I was glad that they could still produce good music. And the self-titled album and the performance of the band overall for the past 2 years...

My favorite part about any Paramore performance is that Hayley has so much talent and energy and that the fans really get into it. I've never been to a Paramore concert but want to so badly. :)

The people complaining about Hayley's voice in the comments are so annoying. I, personally, didn't think she sounded bad at all. And secondly, we as fans have no real right to complain, unless we've actually been on a stage of that mass, and done a performance that long, with a song so fast, belty, and technical, (with a flu, apparently) to that extent. Being a vocalist of a band myself, I'm constantly becoming aware of how much more difficult it is to do that sort of thing than one would ever anticipate, especially a song like Misery Business where you're belting almost the entire time and barely have any time to breathe, all the while jumping and moving around as much as Hayley does, which makes it even harder. You wanna complain? You go up and do it better. I dare you.

i agree.. i loved how they used to be a "real" punk/rock band. Of course, the drum and the other guitar after the "Farro's breakup" used to stay in the background as well, but not in this way. I didn't see the full performance but in this song i kinda feel that they are losing their spirit

Come on guys! Almost every artist you hear live who's running around the stage, sounds like they are out of breath. If I wanted perfect vocals, I'd just listen to the soundtrack on my Ipod. Personally, I go to concerts for the adrenaline rush. They all look like they are having a blast! It makes me so excited to one day go to one of their concerts.

I've been a fan of Paramore since I was like 7 and I'm almost 16 now, I'm gonna get to see them for the first time on june 27th, and tbh i'd cry so hard if i get to go up on stage with them
Man, I grew up with these guys and I'm fucking gutted that they've come to this level. Half the guitar tracks are playback, Hayley's voice is shot, and where the hell did that punk vibe go? Oh man, all the best to them but I think I'm bowing out. I'll remember the band that wrote RIOT!, not these guys.
It's called growing up. She is and always will be the Hayley we all know and love but she matured a lot and has a different sense of style and she still keeps her style some what similar
No, it's called dropping the ball on your live shows. If you change but maintain the ability to perform your material live, THAT is growing up.
You try performing for hours and maintain an nice voice. It's probably really hard for her and on top of that she moves a lot and especially in this song she doesn't sing it like it's supposed to sound

You want someone who performs for hours an keep a nice voice? Bruce Springsteen is sixty something years old, plays 3 and a half hour sets, still goes hard. Devin Townsend - in his forties, by far the most versatile and talented songwriter of the 2000's - still a magnificent voice.
Look, I like Paramore too, it's just that they're really not doing so well.
I'll admit this wasn't her best performances but if you looks at her recent concerts you can see that she can still sing pretty damn well in fact fantastic like I said she jumps around a lot and this song has always been one that she struggled on now I don't feel like arguing or whatever this is with you so have a nice day and at least you know your shit unlike most of these people taking shut here (respect)

Stop talking crap, this one was edited. It's sad they lowered the instrumentals. I was watching it yesterday and they sounded so rough and loud, it was awesome. Not to mention the fact they had technical difficulties during all set. Also, I don't get why post Miz Biz? LTFB + Part II was the best performance together with TOE.. at least promote Ain't It Fun lol.
For me I think it's cos Miz Biz is the one that everyone knows. Yeah I know there's been the two albums since. But this is the Beeb, I'll put money on ATST being the one song they put up for Blink.

I disliked the way she sang this once, it happens, she looked exhausted anyway, but DAMN that was a concert I'd watch anyway, more artists should do what she did to the "Dinosaur", hahahahaha. That gave me a smile. The rest of the band is still 100% in their playing.

Sounds like Hayley is the only live element here. All the instruments are so flat and lifeless in the mix. Glad I saw Paramore before the lineup change.
