    Thanks a lot for this video. This is honestly the most detailed walk through I've seen of this car, and you're not even a car channel!

    I LOVE GRAN TOURER, VERY NİCE SUV

  • @WhiteMouse77
    @WhiteMouse77 20 дней назад

    In terms of size, engines and overall cabin setup the Grand Tourer is in fact (sort of) revival of the original Renault Scénic of II. gen by BMW = genuine practicality with BMW standards....Why not? Just keep track with your choosen one for the most frequent issues these complicated cars might have (go to web of whatcar).
    PS: Its petrol engines can run on LPG by STAG E-01 (don't omit Flash Lube system preserving valve sealings!) where tank perfectly fits under floor where third row is located with 7 seaters. In combined road use it takes about 10l of propane and max. 3l of petrol in combined consumption.

    Great review.
    I am thinking of getting one of these as I have growing family (3 kids, one on the way).
    Are kids 10-13 yo) comfortable in the third row?

      It would be tight, not comfortable I would say, but doable, also depends how tall they are....useful 3rd row, but long driving probably not so much....all the best.

    Would u still consider this given that bmw are going to discontinue this from 2021? The used prices are very good although that’s probably due to it going to be discontinued and demand not being that high. Also, how has reliability been?

      it was a great car, we had it for just over 2 years and did 20,000+ miles in it + European driving, with no problems - if you need a 7 seater then I would buy again, great 5 seater with massive rear space

      @Joop175 4 года назад +1

      TheInternetEtailer only 2 years? I need a 7 seater, a 5+2 will do. Looking at suvs but nothing takes my fancy within a 15k price range. I currently have a bmw 3 series which I will be keeping. Not sure about owning 2 BMWs that will both be 5+ years old with cost of maintenance etc. Thanks

      @@Joop175 Agreed that is why we moved from owning to company leases and have now gone 100% electric also !!

    Beautiful car. Have you considered an S-Max and if so, what sealed the deal for BMW? I'm considering these two cars and even though my heart says BMW, S-MAX looks like it has much more space (I have 2 kids and a dog). Thanks.

    • @TheInternetEtailer

      with 2 kids and a dog, it is not really about the space, we get 3 kids, 2 adults and a large push chair in fine. From a car perspective I would always go BMW over Ford

      TheInternetEtailer Thanks for your quick reply. Im not sure what you meant by with 2 kids and a dog it's not about space? One last question: how usable is the trunk when you have one seat up in the third row? Would you consider going on a holiday trip like that?

    • @TheInternetEtailer
      @TheInternetEtailer  6 лет назад

      the boot is massive if you don't use the rear pop up seats and yes we do that daily for the school run and for longer holiday trips, you have some space behind if both pop up seats are up, enough for a small folding push chair we have used in the past.

  • @therealsharps

    with the child seats in there, seems there is very little room - nothing in front of either child seat?

    • @TheInternetEtailer
      @TheInternetEtailer  6 лет назад +1

      we can get 2 full child seats in the boot which is nice :-) And a push chair behind (just) with 1 or 2 small bags, baby seat middle row with 2 adults, 7 is possible, we did it today :-)

      Thanks for this review. Can you name the 2 child seats you have used for the rear 2 seats? Do they have isofix points in those 2 seats as well? Cheers!
