Him saying "other agencies"....they've most likely passed around a flyer similar to what they made on Christina and Matthew. It's usually done through the Joint Terrorism Task Force which includes the FBI, US Marshal Service and your local law enforcement agencies. Think back to the refinery videos.

Was waiting for you to provide actual documented proof that LASD covers up complaints. I was contacted by LASD when I was a party to a complaint filed with the LASD. Have you ever thought about seeing a psychologist for an evaluation? You seem emotionally distraught and unstable.
