That looks really good. I usually use ketchup, mustard and brown sugar combined to put on top of my meatloaf then bake it. This makes a really nice glaze.
Looks delicious. I make my meatloaf same way but without the gravy. Instead tomato sauce. Definitely going to try it your way. And I have to try the Adobo and mustard. Looks good. Love watching your videos. Stay blessed!!!

When I make a big one like that I make two loaves shortens the cooking time.
