I've had days like that. I feel you. Lol. Thanks for sharing. Not sure if you managed to get the stains off your desk area. (It's been awhile, so you probably did.) If not, and I don't know if it will work, but I'd try Vim (the cream formula) and the abrasive side of a kitchen sponge. It's worked for me on stubborn stains that nothing touched on my counters and workspaces. I'm an artist and I mess with all kinds of paints, inks, dyes, pigments and stains, etc. It didn't harm the finish at all. Not sure why that worked over all the other cleaners I tried, but it came right off with a little elbow grease. Totally depends on the surface and how absorbent it is etc, but thought I'd share just in case.

I have a couple of questions. If I have a brand new out of the box printer, can I skip the cleaning that you started with and just put the ink right in? Also, does this ink hold up against sunlight outdoors? I have so much trouble with ink fading and bleeding, even with UV protective laminate, and no moisture exposure. Thanks!
Yes, you can skip the cleaning. I only can speak based off my experience, I haven’t had any problems with the ink fading after many washes. I suggest you call a seller and ask them that question because don’t want to sere you wrong. Hope that helps, thanks for watching Matthew 🙃
Can I use regular eco solvent ink instead of water based for a converted printer? If not, do you know of any permanent adhesive vinyl that will work with the converted water based ink. I’m upset that I cannot make wraps for cups
You have to use Eco solvent in order for the ink to adhere to the cup. Oracal is a great vinyl to use but you will have to seal it afterwards. Hope this helps 😊

On some images the colors doesn’t match up when printed and after it gets heat pressed the colors shift. Are you getting this, I use the same ink?
I’m sorry you are experiencing issues with your printer. But no, I didn’t have any problems printing. Try using premium mat printing settings and see if that works for you
I've yet to find any difference between the ink that comes with the eco tanks and WATERBASED "eco solvent" ink. Has anyone tried printing and washing or printing on outdoor vinyl with both and has any info on it. I converted one of my eco tanks to the fake eco solvent (water based) and it fades just like the regular ink when in the sun..In fact I feel it faded faster.
The difference between regular printing ink and eco solvent is that it dosent smear. I’m not use if your using higher quality ink or the correct paper but I have had great results on clothing. I haven’t used it on signs, Have you tried laminating it afterwards, maybe that would work? Sorry I don’t know much about eco solvent outside of pressing it on clothes but I hope this tad of information helped 😊 Thank you for watching hun!

You can try using “Simple Green” glass cleaner. It works very well. Just make sure you dilute it with water 😊

Quick question.Does all Epson components work fine with Solvent ink ?
What do you mean by components? All you have to do is add the ink, just the same like any Epson ink.
@@ctrshirts4936 Factory head pump and hoses are made for water-based ink!. Solvent and Eco-Solvent are Solvent inks which means are not water-based. Solvent melts everything inside. Are you sure that the inks you installed are Eco-solvent and not something similar to water-based inks that have more durability against UV?

Try nail polish remover or goo be gone to get ink off your table
I tried nail polish remover and that’s didn’t work well but I never thought about goo be gone 🤔 I’ll have to try that, thank you so much 😃

I just converted my et2720 to eco solvent and so far the nozzle check is showing nothing. Please help🥹
Hey! @Raquel Garay What worked for me was.. 1 power clean and 5 head cleaning, after that I let the printer sit overnight. 2 out of 4 colors showed up. Next I used windex (or you can use cleaner) and soaked a paper towel and put it under the head. Let it sit overnight again. Walla! All the colors where working.
