When they 1st started together, they became very close friends...brother's!!
You don't need to have the same blood type to be family. I've seen every episode, interviews, etc.
That my dear youtube subscribers is real.
God bless Mr. Kristoff for being who he was. Genuine, handsome, great husband, father, actor, friend and most of all. HEART for others. Crying as I'm writing this. Sadly Mr. KRISTOFF YOU WILL BE VERY MISSED IN THIS WORLD!!
Your in heaven now with your loved ones and hopefully someday, I will be able to meet you in heaven!!

It was Kristoff St. John who got Shemar Moore the role of Malcolm. When they had applicants waiting to try out for the role of Neil's brother Malcolm, the moment Kristoff saw Shemar, Kristoff knew Shemar was their man. Shemar wasn't sure he could play the part but he found out that Kristoff was right. Kristoff got Shemar's career really going.

Even though, Shemar Moore(Malcolm) works in primetime tv now, it's good that he would come back for a special appearance on Y&R for this. He was on Y&R for a long time. In fact, he owes that to Kristoff St. John(Neil) because it Kristoff who got him on Y&R which really got his acting career going. When they were choosing someone to play Neil's brother Malcolm, when Kristoff first saw Shemar he said that Shemar would be the perfect choice.
