Sans rival is a Filipino dessert cake made of layers of buttercream, meringue and chopped cashews. Today I will be sharing with you my recipe of it pang negosyo!

Sans Rival
Meringue:
6 egg whites (large) = 42.00
1 tsp. vinegar = 0.25
3/4 cup white sugar = 7.80
1 Tbsp. cornstarch = 0.50
1 cup cashew nuts = 67.50
Buttercream:
6 egg yolks ( large) =
3/4 cup white sugar = 7.80
1/2 cup water = 0.10
1 tsp. vanilla = 1.00
200g butter( softened)= 77.00
1 cup chopped cashew =67.50
nuts ( for decoration)
TOTAL = 271.45

kahit sa chiffon cake pwede white vinegar for egg whites? or it could be lemon so it could be either way pwede vinegar and lemon for substitue for egg whites?

Parang mas okay pa toh sa Contis ha. First time ko bumili ng cake dun at pakamahal nalungkot lng ako. Sansrival binili ko pakakunat ng meringue! Luma pati lasa. Kinain pa din naman ang mahal eh.

hi, Gie! sorry to hear that. nagkakaganyan din akin pag super init lalo ngaun summer. pag medyo soupy siya nilalagay ko muna siya sa fridge ng 20 min hanggang sa medyo mag harden then saka ko nirere-whip ulit. hope this helps!
