    all rly great exercises! but since sprinting is a unilateral sport, definitely need some lunges or split squats. single leg strength!

      i'm sure it's after. or for some they do gym in the morning and have sprint in afternoon. or the other way around. i know this from natasha hastings channel.

      Sprinting is physically one of the most taxing exercises on your body. You want to run first as to prevent form breakdown and proper neural adaptation.

      Both have a place in weight training but I’d prioritize back and front squats 🏋🏾‍♂️

    Hey I’m in the post season of my high school indoor track season and outdoor starts shortly after so I’m practically still in season. Abt what percent of my one rep max and abt how many reps and sets would you suggest for my situation?

    this summer i herniated a spinal disc so im unable to do squats/ deadlifts. Im not sure how the power clean will work out for me but Im trying to find a way to train in a back friendly way, anyone got some tips ?

    Is it possible to do legs everyday ?

      Yes it just depends on the intensity of the exercises. You wouldn’t squat every day for example but you could do calf raises every day.
      I would recommend weight training 3-4 days a week for high school athletes.

      More reps at lighter weight. Focus of moving the bar quickly to develop explosiveness.
