i'm sure it's after. or for some they do gym in the morning and have sprint in afternoon. or the other way around. i know this from natasha hastings channel.
Sprinting is physically one of the most taxing exercises on your body. You want to run first as to prevent form breakdown and proper neural adaptation.
Hey I’m in the post season of my high school indoor track season and outdoor starts shortly after so I’m practically still in season. Abt what percent of my one rep max and abt how many reps and sets would you suggest for my situation?
this summer i herniated a spinal disc so im unable to do squats/ deadlifts. Im not sure how the power clean will work out for me but Im trying to find a way to train in a back friendly way, anyone got some tips ?
Yes it just depends on the intensity of the exercises. You wouldn’t squat every day for example but you could do calf raises every day. I would recommend weight training 3-4 days a week for high school athletes.
Subscribing before u blowww up
😂 thank you
all rly great exercises! but since sprinting is a unilateral sport, definitely need some lunges or split squats. single leg strength!
Your videos are very informative keep up the good work brother

Excellent advice
When is it the best to lift ? Before a session or after a session ?

Which one is more effective squats or squat jumps ?
Both have a place in weight training but I’d prioritize back and front squats 🏋🏾♂️
I would say squats jumps as I continually run 300 meters
Do Bulgarian split squats help as well ?
Yes they do another great exercise! I don’t do them as often but it’s something you can add to your program 👏🏾
Would Kettlebell lifts be a good option as well?
Power cleans for me
A man of culture 🧐

Had to rep the squad 🔥

Idk if you are able to but can you consider doing a video over how to jump hurdles? :)
I know nothing about hurdles but I know someone who does!

@@MJPTV about to get some work in 🏎
We love to see it 💯
Is it possible to do legs everyday ?

@@MJPTV Thank you very much
How much reps
Depends on what you’re trying to achieve
@@MJPTV explosive muscle strength
More reps at lighter weight. Focus of moving the bar quickly to develop explosiveness.
@@MJPTV thanks bro
Bro my 100m time is 12 sec can I run in 9.80 sec
How the hell is that guy able to do hip thrusts with no pad especially with that bar placement... hahahaha.
Squatting low on your heels makes you slow I thought.
How do you work that one out.. like how can that make any sense
