Evening Dave……I knew you would be posting something soon……saw the latest news today, on the “Pathway” spec Honda…..great news for Franco….onwards and upwards 👍🇮🇲👌😉. Ps I want ZXR 400RR …..👍😜.PPs , Dean will go well on the Honda next year, especially after he showed he’s got some proper short circuit talent, with a 5th first time out on the 600 Yamaha last weekend, & hopefully Lee Bob gets a ride, that lads a future star…👍😉

Not available in the U.S unfortunately (even though Bennett's are always jawing about how its the best domestic series - yet they can't sell it abroad. We got Canadian super bikes instead). Slight oddity with the 400 is it won't be full power. Rumour is it's capable of around 80bhp but will be 50-55bhp in bsb trim

Great video Dave. Great to see Dean Harrison getting a factory Honda ride. that's surely going to get him right on race winning pace at the TT. Maybe they should get him on a supersport bike for the BSB as well after that display last weekend.

Thought Franco would get another round on the Honda..... any time i looked he was running with Hickman over the past few rounds, so he has a bit of pace alright.

I reviewed the 'Dunlop bike' video, to try to understand Pathfinder fork bottoms caliper "offset"
On the superbike calipers, the mounting bolts are closer to the disc than the road calipers, so swapping between is a pain
Surely the pathway bike, is going to be at a disadvantage there by having to adapt to the Motec no TC no WC spec packages? The superstock bikes have a slight advantage over the super bikes due the kit electronics shouldn’t they on that front. Imagine the kit electronics package is of similar price to the Motec gear too.
Correct, although we never used the tc as Franco and Tim never wanted it, AW was only really used as the stock back brake isn't very good as a thumb brake.
Be interesting to see if PBM had the financing in years to come. Cost quite a bit of money per year

There's already more riders than seats so can't see any wsb riders returning
So another possibility would be if Franco loses his Honda seat, he could come back to you and go on a “Pathway” Superstock and continue in BSB Superbikes? If I understand what you were saying?

2024 season looks really promising with all the new classes. Not sure what to think of the pathway Superbikes. Unless this is like the old Evo class and it's essentially a testbed for new regulations and possible cost cuttings.
